Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Change of mind returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email sales@voltcampev.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense for change of mind returns.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, stops working within a reasonable time, or isn't what you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Email sales@voltcampev.com with your order number and photos.

Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer:

  • A full replacement at no cost to you
  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A repair where appropriate

We do not require you to return items that have a major fault before issuing a remedy.

Items that cannot be returned for change of mind

  • Items that have been used, assembled or installed
  • Items without original packaging
  • Perishable or hygiene products once opened

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Afterpay refunds follow Afterpay's standard processing timeline.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure we may repair or replace the item. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
