Returns & Refunds Policy

At Voltcamp EV, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unaltered and unused
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
To start a return, contact us at sales@voltcampev.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been used, opened, or altered
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Refund Timing
Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
