Products

We describe products and show images as accurately as we can. Minor variations in colour, packaging or specification can occur. We may update listings at any time.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency relevant to your region, for example AUD for Australian customers and USD for US customers, and include any applicable taxes where required by law. Prices may change without notice.

Orders

We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If we do, we will notify you and refund any payment in full.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If you reside outside Australia, you retain whatever consumer protection rights apply under the law of your own country or state. See our Refund Policy and Warranty pages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any equivalent consumer protection law that applies to you, VoltCamp EV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our products are accessories for general use; always follow the manufacturer's instructions and any relevant vehicle or appliance safety guidance.

The content on this website, including text, images and logos, is owned by or licensed to VoltCamp EV and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. We will always try to resolve any issue with you directly first.
